After the blow molding machine sprays out the liquid plastic, the wind blown by the machine is used to blow the plastic body to a certain shape of the cavity to make a product. The plastic is melted and quantitatively extruded in the screw extruder, and then formed through the mouth film, and then cooled by a wind ring, then a tractor is pulled at a certain speed, and the winder winds it into a roll.

Blow molding machines can be divided into three categories: extrusion blow molding machines, injection blow molding machines and special structure blow molding machines. Stretch blow molding machines can belong to each of the above categories.

Extrusion blow molding takes thermoplastic pellets (or powders) after being plasticized by an extruder, and then passes through a specific die to prepare a hot-melt tubular parison, and then blow molding.

Injection blow molding uses a split mold to inject the parison onto the mandrel. After the parison is properly cooled (the surface of the parison is solidified, the shape of the parison will not be broken or deformed when the mandrel is moved). The parison is sent to the blow mold together with the parison, the blow mold is closed, and compressed air is introduced through the mandrel to inflate the parison to form the desired product. After cooling and shaping, the product is taken out.

Stretch blow molding forces the parison to stretch and shape in a specific temperature range. At the same time as molding, the macromolecules are aligned and fixed in the wall of the product, thereby greatly improving the performance of the plastic container. A molding method in which a bottomed parison heated at an appropriate temperature below the melting point is placed in a mold, and then blow-molded immediately after being stretched in the axial direction using a stretching rod.

Multi-layer blow molding uses a multi-layer composite parison to prepare a multi-layer container through a blow molding process. Through the reasonable matching of various plastic layers, the effective complementation of the plastic properties of each layer is realized, thereby overcoming some inherent shortcomings of single-layer plastic containers.
