The temperature of the injection barrel depends on the melting temperature, screw speed, back pressure, and injection volume during the injection molding cycle. 3. Mold temperature: Some plastic materials have high crystallization temperature, slow crystallization speed, and high mold temperature. Some plastic materials require higher or lower temperature due to the need to control size and deformation, or demoulding, such as PC generally requires 60 degrees. Above, but in order to achieve better appearance and improve fluidity of PPS, the mold temperature sometimes needs to be above 160 degrees. Therefore, the mold temperature has an immeasurable effect on the improvement of product appearance, deformation, size and glue mold.

4. Injection pressure: The melt of the fruit frame injection molding machine overcomes the resistance required to move forward and directly affects the size, weight and deformation of the product. Plastic products require different injection pressures. For materials such as pa and pp, increasing the pressure can significantly improve their fluidity, and the injection pressure determines the density or appearance of the product. There is no fixed value, and the harder the mold is to fill, the greater the pressure on the part.
