How to correctly operate the vertical injection molding machine?
1. Preparation before starting
Check whether each lubrication part is fully lubricated. Check whether the oil pump has abnormal noise. Install the tightening mold carefully, and pay attention to ensure safety when the upper and lower molds
2. Adjust the pressure of each section
Set the temperature of each section. Manual operation and adjustment. Use manual operation to adjust the position of each switch and ensure the safety performance of the mold.
Set the "manual" button on the electric control panel to ON. When the machine is manually operated, the action buttons on the electric control operation panel can only operate when the button is pressed (ON), and all actions disappear when the button is released.
Mold adjustment: first adjust the mold closing high-voltage proximity switch stroke block to the lowest point, then install the mold in the center between the upper and lower molds, and then press the "adjust mold" (extract) button on the electronic control operation panel. When the upper template starts to close the mold at low pressure and slow speed, when the mold is closed tightly, then adjust the mold closing high pressure proximity switch block to the high pressure position. At this time, press the manual "close mold" button to close High pressure meter from high pressure
Mold closing: In semi-automatic mode, hold down the two "auto start" buttons on the console with both hands. At this time, the machine closes the mold. At the beginning, it closes the mold quickly. When the mold is closed down, the mold is closed and the switch block is in contact with the switch block, it will be slow. Slowly close the mold until the mold is closed. When it touches the mold-closing high-voltage proximity switch block, it produces high-voltage mold locking.
Seating: It is used when adjusting the mold to align the mold, that is, to control the advance of the nozzle cylinder table.
Seat retreat: use when adjusting the mold to align the mold, that is, to control the retreat of the nozzle cylinder seat
Injection: Adjust the injection pressure according to the product material, shape, and size. After the pressure is maintained and the injection time and position, press the "injection" button to start injection molding. (Note: The injection molding can only be performed when the temperature reaches the set value)
Screw feeding: After pressing the "feeding" button, the screw is turned and the rubber is stirred and mixed to compress the screw and the screw is lifted (the rising speed is determined by the adjustment of the back pressure regulating valve). When the rising action of the screw hits the stop of the feeding proximity switch, the feeding action Stop, the size of the feeding stroke depends on the amount of glue required by the product.
Ejection: Press the "top" button, the product will be ejected. In semi-automatic mode, the prolonged time before and after ejection can be adjusted to determine the ejection height.
Ejection: press the "top down" button, the thimble will automatically return to its original position, and the ejection time can be adjusted to determine the thimble retraction time.
Number of thimble: Set the number of thimble to determine the number of ejection in semi-automatic mode.
Shutdown: Turn off the switch on the control panel, turn off the main power supply, and clean up the debris on the machine.
